Formålet med denne politik er at beskrive og regulere måden hvorpå Preferred by Nature håndterer konflikter, der vedrører Preferred by Natures kunder eller aktiviteter.
Konflikter er opdelt i to brede kategorier: klager og appeller. Preferred by Nature accepterer til enhver tid konflikter, inklusive dem, der deles med auditorer under auditprocessen.
Appeller er defineret som spørgsmål, der rejses af Preferred by Nature-kunder eller ansøgere, i forbindelse med Preferred by Natures certificeringsbeslutninger eller afvigelser.
Klager er defineret som alle andre konflikter, der rejses af individer eller organisationer. Alle klager holdes fortrolige, medmindre klageren bemyndiger Preferred by Nature til at dele oplysningerne.
Alle klager og indsigelser skal indgives skriftligt pr. e-mail til [email protected].
