Mads leads People and Talent in Preferred by Nature. He works to strengthen our organisation in all areas to achieve our shared vision. His role is to lead the facilitation of growth, learning and the sustainable determination needed to ensure long-term stability so we can achieve our goals as an organisation.
What could be more motivating than helping make Preferred by Nature one of the most inspiring NGOs to work for? I feel privileged to lead the effort to make Preferred by Nature a resilient organisation where people thrive, learn and realise their full potential.
Mads’ main responsibility is leading the People and Talent (P&T) effort in Preferred by Nature. Together with the P&T team, he supports our regional offices around the world and our senior management on the people and culture side of our strategic ambitions.
He works to ensure sustainable growth through a learning ecosystem and a diverse and inclusive culture with a high degree of well-being and world-class leadership.
Mads joined Preferred by Nature in November 2022.
With 20+ years of experience with HR, talent development and organisational learning, Mads has accumulated an extensive set of skills within the people and talent area. Combining strategy with design thinking and agile practices, Mads is determined to create a people and talent effort that focuses on delivering impact together with the organisation.
