As part of the Market & Development team in Preferred by Nature, Sandijs functions as the Regional Director for Baltics.

Sandijs is responsible for developing and implementing the Regional Market and sales strategy for Preferred by Nature's Assurance, Tailored Services, and Projects divisions. He excels in representing Preferred by Nature in the region and ensures that the organisation's interests are well represented.
His role also involves cultivating networks among our clients, potential clients, and key stakeholders to identify key partnerships that will help us achieve our organisation's strategic goals. Sandijs is passionate about contributing to the identification, pursuit and implementation of opportunities where Preferred by Nature can have a positive influence, aligning closely with our organisation's mission and values.
In addition, Sandijs is an integral part of our organisation's leadership and management team. He provides valuable organisational assistance and plays a crucial role in aligning our project portfolio's strategic development with capacity, skills and growth potential.
